Friendly staff, usually able to get appointments at good times; able to ask of questions and not feel rushed. An improvement could be made to the system for getting ant D injection, as I had to go to the dropin clinic and ended up waiting for ages, it would be much better to have a specific appointment time.
Appointments were booked in advance by St Helier receptionist.
Dates kept changing /slight confusion with home birth which has been rectified.
Midwives have all been friendly.
So friendly and caring and supportive, Neelam and Laura are my favs!
Caring into the clinic at hospital was good. Midwives shad time to discuss all concerns and listen to what was said.
Appointments do not seem ruched unlike home visits.
We experienced a very good service from Tattenham paediatric clinic, time was taken to ask us questions and discuss in detail the health problem with our child. We felt put at ease and lots of advice was given in a really friendly and cheery manner.
Simply fantastic!
The midwifes were very friendly and helpful and answered any of my concerns. I couldn't fault them.
All is fine.
